Refund Policy.
Our Approach
We want you to be confident in your purchase. Accelerated Pilot courses represent a meaningful investment of money, time, and attention, and we take that seriously. If the program isn't what you expected, we'll work with you to make it right.
This policy describes when refunds are available and how to request one.
Refund Eligibility
Self-Study Courses
If a self-study course isn't what you expected, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your enrollment, provided you have completed no more than 25% of the course content.
We track course completion automatically through the course platform. Completion percentage is based on video lessons viewed, scenarios attempted, and workbook progress.
Coached Courses
If a coached course isn't what you expected, you may request a refund within 14 days of your enrollment. Completed coaching sessions — including any Phase Checks or Graduation Phase Check sessions already delivered — are non-refundable, as coaching time already spent is not recoverable. Any coaching hours not yet used within the 14-day window are fully refundable.
After 14 days from enrollment, coached course purchases are committed and non-refundable.
À La Carte Coaching
À la carte coaching sessions are non-refundable once scheduled. Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited at our discretion.
Unscheduled à la carte hours purchased but not yet used may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Submit a refund request through our website contact form (select "Refund Request" as the subject) with your order number and a brief explanation of your request.
Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
For partial refunds (involving completed coaching sessions or completion thresholds), we'll respond with the calculated refund amount before processing, and you'll have the option to accept or withdraw the request.
What Is Not Refundable
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
- Completed coaching sessions, including Phase Checks and Graduation Phase Checks
- Courses with more than 50% completion
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after enrollment (outside the refund window)
- Hardware or third-party software (VR headsets, PCs, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, etc. — these purchases are made through other vendors and are subject to their respective refund policies)
Course Access After Refund
Upon approval of a refund, your access to the course content and any unused coaching will be removed. You are responsible for retaining any personal materials (mission workbook notes, personal recordings) before your access is revoked.
Exceptions and Disputes
We review refund requests in good faith. If your situation doesn't fit neatly into the categories above — for example, documented medical issues, technical problems preventing course access, or other circumstances beyond your control — please contact us. We handle these case-by-case.
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate your request through our website contact form (select "Refund Escalation" as the subject) for senior review.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will apply only to purchases made after the updated policy is effective. Existing enrollments are governed by the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
