- Subscribe to our email list or download a free resource such as our VR Flight Training Setup Guide (email address, name if provided)
- Submit coaching-related content, including flight recordings created with flight recorder software and scheduling requests
- Participate in coaching sessions (scheduling information, any content shared during live Zoom sessions, and internal notes your CFI may take for operational purposes)
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Site, we and our third-party service providers automatically collect certain information, including:

Phone numbers. Phone numbers voluntarily provided through the contact form are used solely to respond to your specific inquiry or to follow up on coaching-related matters. We do not add phone numbers to general marketing lists and do not send promotional text messages without your express prior consent.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

4. Flight Recordings
Flight recordings you submit for coaching review are handled with specific protections:
- Recordings are reviewed solely by the FAA-certificated instructor assigned to your coaching
- Recordings are not shared externally, published, or used for marketing without your express written consent
- Recordings are retained for up to 24 months after your coaching engagement, after which they are deleted from our systems
- You may request deletion of your recordings at any time by submitting a request through our website contact form
- Recordings may be retained longer if required by legal obligation or if needed to defend against a claim
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

When we no longer need your information, we will delete or anonymize it.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. For users between ages 13–17, we encourage parental involvement in account creation, privacy decisions, and use of the Services. Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's information by contacting us.
